SHIPPING:

Your order will ship within 72 hours.  If you are shipping USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground, allow 1 week for delivery.  If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@m2inc.biz.

  • Delivery Terms: FOB Origin(domestic) or ExWorks (international)
  • Duty & Taxes Payable by: Consignee

All orders are shipped under Ex Works (EXW) or FOB Origin terms. 

This means that once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier at our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you, the buyer. We do not offer local pickup — all packages are shipped directly from our location to the provided shipping address.

 For international orders (outside the United States), any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any charges that may apply before placing an order.

Order Acceptance, Custom Configurations, and Errors

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation or payment receipt confirms that we have received your order. It does not constitute final acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to review for accuracy before shipment, particularly custom orders involving multiple component and configuration selections.

Because our custom systems are built from individually selected parts, components may be listed separately on the invoice for billing, inventory, and assembly purposes. While this is necessary to process custom orders accurately, it can result in a more detailed invoice.

We make every effort to ensure that selected components and prices are displayed and calculated correctly. If a website or processing error results in missing components, an incorrect configuration, or an inaccurate order total, we will contact the purchaser before shipment to explain the issue and provide a corrected invoice.

The purchaser may choose to:

  1. Approve the corrected order and pay any remaining balance;
  2. Modify the order, when possible; or
  3.  Cancel the affected order for a full refund of any amount paid

m2® reserves the right to decline or cancel an order containing a significant pricing or processing error at any time before shipment, including after an automated confirmation or payment receipt has been issued.

No additional amount will be charged, and no changes or substitutions will be made, without first notifying the purchaser.

WARRANTY:

  • m2 components & systems are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years from the purchase date.
  • m2 components are designed to work with one another; an m2 inc 1" ratcheting buckle is designed to work with an m2 1" ladder strap.  Any buckle or strap used with another brand voids the warranty.
  • m2 components & systems are designed for applications within specific tensile strength ratings as provided in the “details & specifications” for each item.  Using a component/system for applications above the rated tensile strength exceeds the capability of the item and voids the warranty.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to prudently and thoroughly evaluate the components & system incorporated into each specific application.

Returns/Refunds:

  • Restocking Fee: 25%
  • Disassembly & ReStock fee: 50% Assembled Items attached with screws or a tubular rivet.
