Delivery Terms: EXW – Ex Works
Duty & Taxes Payable by: Consignee

All orders are shipped under Ex Works (EXW) / FOB Origin terms.

This means that once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier at our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you, the buyer. We do not offer local pickup — all packages are shipped directly from our location to the provided shipping address. 

For international orders (outside the United States), any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any charges that may apply before placing an order.

At this time, m2® Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories: including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, m2® Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
