Locking Buckle must be Un-Locked to Release or Tighten Strap.

SIMPLE OPERATION: Insert Ladder Strap into Receptor. Click Lever Arm of Locking Buckle to 'lock' Ladder strap in place; Unclick Locking Buckle to release ladder strap.

Mounted with 0.25" / 6mm Hardware (not provided).
